My favourite design in this ‘Courage’ sticker sheet is the mirror with the words ‘still showing up’. Kind of reminds me of the saying ‘Courage doesn’t have to be loud, it can be the small voice that says I’ll try again tomorrow’.

And I think showing up is the first step. Showing up with consistency and authenticity, knowing that whatever comes our way, we have the capacity to face it, and even if we can’t, we can simply try again the next time or seek help. Avoidance or burying my head in the sand may work temporarily but it will stunt my growth.

After all, growth happens out of our comfort zone. It’s inevitable that it’ll be uncomfortable, but I hope I will continue to show up, and that you will too 💪🏻
